Payment Policy

Currency and available methods

Prices and checkout payments are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Use a payment option that is actually displayed for your checkout; availability can depend on the transaction. Payment symbols alone are not confirmation that an authorization has succeeded.

Authorization and verification

Order processing follows successful payment authorization. Enter billing details accurately and complete any verification requested by the payment provider. A declined attempt does not establish successful payment, while a temporary pending authorization may appear even if an order is not completed.

Getting payment help

If a payment fails, check the information entered and contact your issuer about restrictions or pending holds. For help from the store, use Contact Us. Do not send full card numbers, card security codes, passwords or verification codes by email.

Refunds

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after approval. The issuer or payment service controls additional posting time; see the Refund Policy for eligibility and the request process.

Card payment display

Credit and debit card payments are enabled for this store. The footer displays Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club and Maestro in the merchant-confirmed order. These symbols identify the requested storefront display; every payment still requires authorization at checkout and no symbol guarantees approval of a particular transaction.
