Using the storefront

Use this website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, misuse accounts or attempt unauthorized access. Text, designs and images may be protected by intellectual-property rights; viewing a listing does not grant permission to reproduce protected material.

Product information and orders

Review descriptions, quantities, measurements and selected options before purchasing. We aim to present information accurately, but display differences and inadvertent errors can occur. An order submits an offer to purchase; acknowledgement or a payment attempt alone does not require acceptance of an erroneous or unavailable order. Applicable consumer protections continue to govern any correction or cancellation.

Prices, payment and delivery

Review the CAD price, applicable taxes and delivery charges presented at checkout. Payment requires successful authorization. Delivery estimates, address responsibilities and shipment enquiries are covered by the Shipping Policy; no term transfers a responsibility that law requires us to retain.

Returns and limits

The Refund Policy describes the voluntary problem-item process and preserves mandatory rights. Any limitation under these terms applies only to the extent allowed by law and does not exclude non-excludable consumer remedies.

Changes and questions
